For those of you who are new to the Whey Consortium and our forums welcome. We'll be discussing our products, keeping training logs, posting photos from and promoting whey consortium supported events and more. For those of you who are former members of our earlier site here's the new one  Hopefully the hacking problems we had at the old site wont occur here and if they do that we'll get some support. Fingers crossed. It's time to dive on in and get posting. |

Busy, busy, busy as usual. Still working at the Uni, still training hard, have leaned down somewhat for my 4th dans, then will be bulking up again for next year. Knee is much better, still having physio but started training legs again last week. Just started a website www.mixedmartialartsacademy.com altho it's just a construction page at the moment, got some big plans for it. New club has taken off well, Michelle got her 1st dan, loads of new members and have started putting together a weights gym in the room next door (have 4 proper pieces of kit so far) and we had Channel M filming me last week. |

hello Steve, just joined this forum, tried calling you actually to chat.
Interested in training techniques, hand grippers etc, I know you`re the man in the know, got a couple of grippers on the way, cut my training way back from bodybuilding workouts to basic 2 day power moves and 2 days a week I`m doing strength/conditioning workouts.
Site looks good.
