Last week we had Pete Reynolds down. Here's one of his well muscled back as he more or less sprints along with some decent weight on the farmers handles:

Big Pete looks a beast in this pic. 1 word of advice is get some proper event footwear as those slip on things might come off during event training. Better be safe than sorry

From Yesterdays session (26th August). This time it's H (no not out of Steps or whatever they were called but TT's 18yr old brother). Here he is with the 110-kilo stone and you can see our rack platform better:

Shawn chesting the 140-kilos stone.Suprisingly enough considering my feeble aching all bloody week I put the 90-kilo stone onto the pallets! Dunno how I managed that. Then worked to 100-kilos on old RT and 83-kilos on the 2HP. With a back like broken glass.

That stone is the 180kg not the 140kg.

Thanks for rembering it was the 180 kg stone Mike.
My forarms certainly can. Nice and cut. don't know why white spirt doesn't sting but water kills. On my forarms i mean.
