At a rough count we're gonna have somewhere between 9 and 11 people down.
I think it's Dale + 2 (3) Mike and myself (2) Oscar (1) Shawn plus a possible 1 (possibly 2) Tat plus 1
Plus Big Pete and Nick (both not training today)
Which makes 11.
We need more chalk ha ha ;D

Sorry mate can't make it down today.
12:30 now. not enough time to get there for 2:00.
Never got in till gone 5 , with work and that's after being up for 24 hours, mostly on motorways.
Have a good train lads. Ste are you going to be reping the 140 kg stone today or even the 180kg?

Do you ever photo in colour Ste?
Looks like a good day. How much legs did Dale use in the Log Press.
Probably none.

The original images are in color but I think B&W suits lifting an d training. As for leg drive and Dale I think he only used it on the lift pictured.
