Nick, under 105-kilos, puts up our 170-kilo stone. Next up is Mike with one of the heavy barrels speeding along during the medley against the clock. TT, all 313lbs of him, can really shift (he had the best time of the day). Here he is in high gear with one of the 70-kilo farmers during our medley.

didn't fancy using the Dumbell in the Medley?
Glad to see most of the equipment being put to use.

What a strange question - we did use it ergo we did fancy it. Only H struggled with it. The rest of us could use it, some with more and some with less difficulty than others. I think pretty much everything gets used. I'm gonna try and rotate all of my exercises over 10-14 days and as you know the guys don't do the same event work each saturday. Last week (on the lost camera) we ended with hand over hand using the sleds. If the Conans had been ready I suspect it would have been well used today.
Did you mean the 150? It was suggested but trust me it is wayyyy too much. I deliberately left it in the frame of the cropped photo as it makes the place look hardcore ha ha

We had hoped to have had the Conans yesterday morning and now Mike is hoping today, Sunday, for collecting them.
