So we ALL had a great days lifting. PB's all over the place. TT cleaning 170-kilos. Mike feels the Conans wheel strain 17 years old H (for Harry) sets off with 260-kilos loaded (note farmers hanging from axle point stops it moving on unlevel and hard ground) Nick seems to thing it's a little heavy... mind you it was 300-kilos now.

im ok at the conans. i was second in ireland. mark felix beat me by an inch.
you should have been down 2day. it was a really good atmosphere.
im coming 2 watch the comp 2moro so will see you then.
just wanna say well done 2 H who smashed his log pb 2day. Mike just makes me laugh when he presses the log. the dude has strong shoulders.
I think Nick is going to do really do well at the under 105s. he is one of the strongest 105 competitors i have seen.
