Not a weights session but one where some new equipment was made. Yes when the rest of the world is holding the sides of their head and saying 'never again...' or making crazy resolutions the guys at the Whey HQ kept busy cracking open Nicks stone molds and making some new toys to play with:

So long as they stay damp they'll cure for a few more days and although they have some minor imperfections they are otherwise fab

Very happy with the way they came out mostly thank's to Nick but i think i'm going to have a go at making some more.

I wish santa brought me some of those, how could i make something similar for myself? Its a long way for me to get to some stones to train with.

Vinny. Let us know what you want and we will see what we can do i'm up to backpool every 4-5 weeks on a collection so i'm sure we could work out some where to meet. a 110kg is easy to make. hint hint.
