Hi all
I'm using a new tub of whey protein concentrate at the moment, only i'm still unsure how much protein I am really getting each serving...
I've just been adding one heaped table spoons worth to a little milk? I was told the table spoon was about roughly 20grams worth of protein right?
I've just tried it with water, is this way as good, I don't measure the milk/water just a enough to mix ok.

Short answer - I doubt it. 50ml equates to roughly 24g of protein. I'd go with 2 tablespoons to be close to that. You should also check our articles section out cos 20-24g of protein added to some milk or water might not be enough.
