As per with these articles I've been set off by a plum on another forum. He claims he has 'all three laymans guides and dozens of videos' yet could only quote from a site when he tried to answer a part of his original question (relating to compound and isolation movements and the pre-exhaustion system made famous by Bob Kennedy).
He was, of course, asking said queries on a gear forum. What a cock!
Here's the thing. There are a few ways to say how one is, or is not, ready to take gear. Age is an obvious one - some people are neither chronologically old enough nor physically mature. There are others.
One of these, in a broad sense, is not knowing the basics of what we do to get bigger and stronger. If you don't know how to fucking train then what is the point of taking gear? It will be like sugar coating a turd. You might spend many 100's of pounds on the best roids known to mankind but then fuck around like a right numptie in the gym. Later you get to complain about your new man boobs and no muscle growth from the 'crap gear wot I took' when you ate like a mouse and partied all night and every day.
Another analogy might be having a moped license but driving a formula one car flat out... guess what will happen... ''the wall oh my god the wall came up so fast''... numpties.
Learn the fucking basics for crying out loud. Know the names of muscles and what they do. Learn the big basic exercises, how to do them and what they are called. Read up on half decent nutrition, recuperation and anatomy. If you can admit to this lack of knowledge don't then be out purchasing your first cycle already.
