Having stumbled back from my own session at Gymnation I was met by Dean Slater & Co from Birmingham, Harry and Kai. Shortly after Carl, Anthony, Craig and Mike turned up. So all in all, me included, we had 10. In reverse order... Here's one of Harry flipping the 400-kilo tyre at the end of the session (tyre flip x 3 and 2 x 110+ kilo barell load).Tony, from B'mingham, with either the 140-kilos (I think this is it) or the 165-kilos stone. Either way a shit load. Finally Mike Betty with 125 or 130-kilo in IFSA spec log (FFS get 140 overhead!!)
