Carl's looking three times the size of what he used to look like back when I trained at the Whey last summer, 2007. Damn!!

I cannot recall what he was but he's about 212 now I think. Plus he's quite lean so a few pounds in the right places looks good.
By the same token they've all done well this year. Anthony has dropped 40lbs, Kye is the strongest under 18 in the UK (just turned 18 this weekend) and of course H won the Severn Valley.
