This will be my log upto Dec 20th where i will distroy all the youngster that think this old timer has had hs day.
The Whey house power challange to be held at the whey consortium HQ.
Events that i will be doing are Front squat Deadlift Bench press Log lift clean and press.
Best total wins.
Thursday 2nd Oct
Front squat 60kg x 5 x 2 sets 100kg x2 x8 sets
Just setting at bar nice and low will add to these most weeks.
Leg extentions 4 sets 20 reps Leg curl 4 sets 15 reps
Bicep curl. 3 sets of 10kg per hand 50 reps 25 per hand this helps keep my tendonitus (spelling) in check.

Todays training.
Shoulders.
Log clean and press with blue 8" log. 70kg 1 clean 5 press 90kg 1 clean 5 press 100kg 1 clean 5 press 110kg 1 clean 1 press felt very light. 120kg failed clean must work on clean.
Seated dumbell press. 32.5kg per hand 8 reps 32.5kg x 7 32.5kg x 6 32.5kg x 5
Lock outs
60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 110kg x 3 110kg x 2
Job done.

Had to see the man at the bank today so it was short but hard.
Deadlifts
2x60 2x60 2x100 2x140 warm ups, working sets 180kg 2 reps 8 sets. 120kg off 4" blocks 4 sets 4 reps speed work.

I wonder who your logs aimed at... lol good deadlifting too mate, infact on most things your beating me from the start looks like i'll be getting an ass whooping too.

Not train for the last two weeks i hurt y arm fucking abour arm wrestling at work. But i won so ha ha.
|Rehab work for shoulder and arm.
Deadlifts romainian style. worked up to 230kg. Then did some deadlifts off blocks.

I was working away again this week in Sheffield. Had to pay £8 for a single workout still never mind it had to be done.
Front squat worked up to sets of 110kg still not found my old form with these.
Seated shoulder press worked up to sets of 3 with 90kg.
