Irritated by some gormless cock who dared (how dare he etc ha ha) critique by gripper e-book I am inspired to put my fingers on the keyboard and give it a damn good thrashing.
One of his comments was that it did not match up to his expectations. I explained I can do fuck all about that. Several points were covered but the one that always gets my goat is his 'and there were no routines'.
I've said again and again that there are no actual secrets to working out per se. There are, it can easily be argued, tweaks. But only FUCKING HARD WORK, SHEER GRIT AND DETERMINATION gets you to the top. I could print my ebook off and slap the numpty around the face with it for weeks while shouting 'lift more, another rep, is that it you faggot?' and he'd get the message easily enough.
In fact I FUCKING SAY as much in the book.
I also say there is no magic to the number of reps I do - I just prefer them. Nothing needs to be complicated by some obscure formula for working out an ideal rep range.
Why do those that act like sheep and need this guiding hand they ask for expect then to succeed?
