I watched the other interview and enjoyed the idea of apparent 'lock down'. How he and Oscar did not log on, reads, nothing. Just ate, rested, trained for the last 2-3 weeks. I know how I get when it's a week or so to go before a comp and saw something of myself in that.

What made me laugh was the way Blechman - after his panning of the keto diet as dangerous and nothing he wanted to endorse - went on to nonchalantly and without question mention Kais fucking drug use LOL.
Perhaps bodybuilder sperm narcotises brain cells?
Either way, it is indeed a grey area LOL
