Fair play to the guy; as other guys like Branch Warren head toward death city, Dillett is off the sauce and getting on with his new projects.
Probably down to no more than 230 at a much higher BF here, but happy and healthy (at 40 whatever) and certainly leaving the deluded gear users in his wake:
Oh and, but yeah, if you train correctly and do the proper PCT, you can keep at least half of your gains when you come off, morons!
