Would just like to thank Steve, Loz and the rest of the boys at the Whey gym.
Even though i haven't been up in a month due to weddings and stag nights etc the training i did at the Whey and the encouragement from the boys helped me come second in my first ever Strongman comp in Windsor on Saturday.
Will be back up towards the end of August after my hols.
