To add to what DE has already included - you need to adjust the figures for height. As per a discussion on MT last weekend about wrist/bone sizes and possible/potential muscle size targets as a result the figures quoted in the articles assume average height. Most of the Whey Gym lads are taller as are most strongmen.
Anabolics also upset, to some degree, the equations. I'm of the school of thought that AAS and the like (but not GH as they upsets the figures even more) get you faster to where you might one day arrived. GH et al change those limits.
