Observe as the magistrates have NO comeback, a position that can only exist as a result of the exposing of distinct maritime law by a common law lay freeman.

Remember, this is not law of the sea, but maritime law, the international law that governs:

a) private entities (ie: people as created and logged at birth by international institutions as being no more than numbers on a screen, a piece of paper, a commodity)

b) international corporate insitutions, and...

c) the contracts there between them, contracts of which the freemen challenge as being null and void due to said contracts being made with a 'fictional entity' ie: a person classified from birth in order that international institutions are able to deal with people as commoditized goods.

This is key to what you will see in the video; as Ray holds up his birth certificate and states "he is not that fictional creation, that he is in court as a freeman under common law, and in no other capacity than the agent of said fictional entity"

Yes, whilst he may be [and is] Raymond St Clair, the freeman, he is NOT however Raymond St Clair the abstract, fictional entity as expressed, logged and categorised via the birth certificate, a certificate of which only exists in order that the international machine then have a tangible entity with which to interface by way of enforcing its contract, an arrangement of which - and as you will see - ray demolishes thus rendering it null and void.

Remember, none of this could happen if that which ray, john and the rest of us claim to exist doesnt infact exist...

Couple (or three) of thoughts.
1) Doesn't actually make much of what they were being brought to court for- poll tax avoidance??
2) The court SHOULD know due process. Esp the clerk (that's his job) and any legal advisers.
3) As way of trying to avoid payment of fines its imaginative but wasteful.
4) As the rebels will know common law works on the basis of the people allowing it to do so. In the way that my old job and those of police officers works. Partially this is on the basis of allowing one self to be policed. In this case recognizing the authority of the court to make lawful decisions but again due process should be observed as well. So it oaths weren't taken they should be, if due authority wasn't given and so on.
5) Doesn't matter what name you choose - it's on your property (the charge) so long as someone pays who cares. Services are, after all, provided even if they're crap and expensive and you don't use them and so on.
6) Most law, esp common law, starts from a common sense point of view. On the odd occasion I'd met and debate points with 'rebels' out on the street. I enjoyed them. It was rarely a you v me argument but one of process.

Example: there's a guy £45k in the whole right now arguing about what forms a controlled zone. It's probably going to the EU. He wishes to avoid a £60.00 parking ticket. That madness apart someone somewhere did not properly describe, when asking for the cash, what formed a zone (simply parking areas, yellow and or red lines, loading pays, permit bays, box junctions and where applicable zig zag lines (crossings). That's it in a nutshell.

Back in the day one 'customer' claimed he'd never seen or saw the correct plates which state 'controlled zone'. We knew where he lived, where had the ticket and where the signs were. The signs were checked as present, in good condition. We prove he could not drive into the area in anyway without seeing at least one. Case proved - pay up. Simples. Now if he had argued that a TMO (Traffic Management Order) had not appeared in the local rag or on lampposts etc maybe he could have, with research, won. Knowledge, as in the case above, is power.
