I`m interested in buying some strong grippers, and wanted to discuss how to decide on the right ones. I would have liked to have bought from the `Ultimate grip site` which is one of the links , but you cannot just pick the phone up and speak to someone when you want to-it is just an answer machine. The site does explain that someone will ring you back ASAP.
When I want to buy whey from the Whey consortium, I find that it is very easy to contact Steve. No expensive mobile calls, and he is always very capable of answering ALL my questions and is very detailed in his answers and explanations. He makes time to help the customer with no fobbing off. A great example of how I believe businesses should be run, and I`m not bull *******g.
Is there a “good time” to catch the guys at ultimate grip, or is it always going to be the frustrating answer machine? I want to speak with them before I buy.
