O.k fellas, this is the final list of events for the higher level comp, letting the gym sort the lower level one out.
Overhead medley:
90kg barrel, 110kg thick bar, 115kg log, 140kg viking press.
Loading:
Barrels of 95, 100, 110, 120, then a much heavier challenge item to end ,a barrel of 135 / 140 kg or alternate eg a heavy field stone.
Hoist :
Weight to be decided pre event.
Truck pull:
9 ton truck pull.
Medley:
300kg yoke 15mtrs then 120kg farmers 10 mtrs followed by a carry back 25 mtrs. 110 / 120kg barrel.
