our little group just gets stronger each week.
Mike, Harry and Nick were all awsome 2day.

120kg x 2 laps 180kg x 2 laps 220kg x 3 laps
stones 110kg x 4 reps (left it there as my elbow was hurting)
cus of the bad elbow i did some grip work with steve.
88kg on the 2 hand pinch PB 1handed pinch - up 2 42kg
finnished with a brutal medley.
200kg Conan's, 85kg barrelx25m, 85kg barrelx15m and Millenium DB for 5m on to stone platform 1st, 37.07 secs 2nd,31.29 secs

trained shoulders and tris but shoulnt have bothered. ive done some damage 2my shoulder and my elbow was playing up 2

floor press 1 warm up set then 2 sets of 8 with 112.5kg incline dumbbells 2 sets of 8 with 40kg
did some bicep work and a bit of grip work
finnished with 300metre row x 3times. fastest time was 48secs

bit crap 2day as i got pissed lastnight for a mates 24th
log up 2 110kg for 3 reps
stones tried doing them without tacky but couldnt do the 140 so put tacky on and mannaged a few reps with the 170.
Nicks medley
100kg farmers 10 metres 80kg log load 2 barrols load the millenium dumbbell 200kg deadlift
we didnt time 2day but i was slow and sluggish.
all in all it was crap but better than sitting on my ass doing nothing.
