i thought id start my log up on here shoulders 20min cross trainer clean and push press (clean only the first rep) 60kg x 10 80kg x 4 100kg x 4 122.5kg x 3 so close 2 4, i just couldnt lock it out. much better than last week tho. high pulls 60kg x 10 100kg x 8 120kg x 7 dumbbell shrugs 54kg x 20 x 3 ( i could use alot more weight but these are the heaviest bells in the gym so i do them slow and stricked). i get a nice burn. rear delts 17kg x 15 x 3 seated dumbbell press 28kg x 15, 15, 15, 16 yeah buddy. i can finally jump up in weight. bring on the 30's lol (im such a weak presser)

calf raise

abbs curunches with 10kg behind neck x 20
crunches with 15kg x 10 + 10 with out added weight.

thank you for those lovely words. it only thanks 2 guys like your selfs who have offerd advice and let me train with you other wise id still be competing in novice events. this has been a good year for me in strongman terms. im going to make sure next year is even better.

stones 125kg x 4 to a very high platform. it was over my head. very hard
medley

it was nice training with big ade and the other lads but my head wasnt right. good very little energy at the mo. sorting out diet from monday and changing my training. lets hope it works.

Ive had a good week training this week. Its the first time in ages that ive felt this good in the gym.
Did squats on Tuesday up 2 270kg x 2
Chest on Wednesday went up 2 135kg x 4 reps
Deadlifts on Thurs 300kg x 4 singles, working on a new technique which felt really good, so im hoping to smash my deadlift Pb in a few weeks.
Trained in Gloucester 2day. Bit 2much talking but it was nice to see the guys.
