thanks mike. i will get it sat. 2 train for the millennium i just do as steve says. deadlifts 60kg x 15 100kg x 10 140kg x 5 180kg x 3 220kg x 3 260kg x 3 290kg x 2 300kg x 1 280kg x 3 350metre row 1) 1.00.2 2)59.9 3)58.7 streching and abbs. deads were hard 2day. my hands were very saw from loosing half the skin on my thumb from pinch grip lastnight. it made it very painfull on the heavy sets.

worked up 2 the 180kg then tried shouldering the 140kg stone. got it 2my chest but not 2 shoulder.
3inch wrist roller worked up 2 60kg
it was good 2 see big pete down 2day. he hit a great pb on the log with 132kg and i think he has more in him. great work mate. look forward 2 seeing you down again soon.
steve mike and oscar were all there putting in great performances 2 and it was good 2 meet Nick (cant remember second name) who has just moved from Australia 2 down the road from me so im looking forward 2 training with.
steve tels me hes got a good grip so i recon Whey HQ could have one of the best grip teams in the uk at the mo

That was Nick McKinless - a very good grip guy. He has been 2nd here in the UK and won this years Australian event. As you know he is also a high standard 105-kilo strength athlete. His numbers are on a par with Mikes and so I think he'll push me on grip, as you are, and again on strongman with Mike.
Shawn - I'll show you how and hopefully we'll get the occasional session in when you are here.
With big Pete down today we had some great numbers being thrown around. I get a sore voice just yelling 'get-it-up'. When the whole crew turns up it'll be mad!
