at last, ive had a good sesh this week ;D back deadlifts 60kg x 5 100kg x 5 140kg x 5 180kg x 5 220kg x 5 240kg x 5 260kg x 5 280kg x 3 300kg x 2 bentover row 60kg x 12 120kg x 10 160kg x 10 seated row 100kg x 15 120kg x 15 150kg x 15 375metre row x times crap times as i was spent by then. 2day was so much better. had some good food and felt motivated. also found out events for the comp im in next week in ireland. event 1 arm over arm event 2 115kg log for reps event 3 farmers 160kg each hand event 4 bask circle event 5 deadlift for max event 6 medley (tire x 3 flips the 180kg Duck walk) im going 2 be F**ked by the end of all that but i cant wait

thanks shawn but my deadlift pb of 320kg is crap next 2 mark felix who can do over 400kg im looking forward 2 the comp but with the likes of terry holands and mark felix in it its guna be hard 2 even be top 3 in an event, i will be trying my best tho when you coming down next?

we had a great group training 2day. everyone was working hard and performing well. great 2 see tat down. keep working hard bud. he did an easy 140kg farmers and did the 140/150 stone easy. it was good 2 see you mate.
Nick is an awsome 105 and he also has one of the best grips in the world. i recon we have a grip team that could take on anyone. i would be the number 3 ;D

farmers up 2 160kg just 10 metres 2 see how it felt for next week.
log up 2 117kg stones

Getting My Log of Tom on Tuesday, so at last i can start training propley.
Picking up a pair of farmers when mike & Ste get their new conans circle and hopefully a Yoke.
Had yoke money this weekend but, it's turned into bullmassiff puppy money. Have to keep saving

How do you yourself clean the axel?
I struggling to fcuk to conternetial the fcuker. I'm finding it hard to clean over 120 - 130 kg in one motion. I've cleaned more weight but was lucky to get the weight up in the one one. Yet to happen since.
