2days sesh deadlifts 60kg x 10 100kg x 10 180kg x 6 220kg x 4 260kg x 2 300kg x 1 325kg x 0 325kg x 0 im getting them off the floor easy just cant lock out. soon tho bent over row with log 77kg x 10 97kg x 10 107kg x 10 log cleans 77kg x 10 97kg x 11 messed about with our new stones, and did some pinch grip. cant remember the weight i did but steve (mobster) said it would put me in the top 25all time list and top 5 in the uk. not bad for my 2nd attempt. saying that, he went and did more. thanks for having me and H down

stones, worked up 2 140kg stone. tried 180kg but it wasnt going 2 move 2day.

1st attemped 27.63 seconds 2nd attemped 25.70 seconds
pulling fire engine 2moro so left it there 2day.

thanks shawn, i felt good yesterday. ive done a 170kg stone once in a comp and once in training. i need alot of work on stones to become consistent at them. it will be good 2 see you down again. take care Big Loz

deads from knee hight

i dont find these much easier than deads from the floor.
got my last comp of the year on sunday so im going to train up to wednesday then rest for the comp.
