Did some conditioning and grip work 2day.
6 sets of 10 squats, press, front squats, bent over row, SLDL and curls all with 20kg bar. harder than it looks

2day was one of the hardest workouts ive ever done
warm up
squats
bar x 20 reps 60kg x 10 100kg x 10 140kg x 10
200kg x 9 x 4sets all 100%raw
1st 2 sets were ok but the last one was a killer
band Dlift (green Bands)
60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 5 120kg x 5 140kg x 5
speed push press
70kg x 3 x 8sets
