Well happy with this as last weeks attempts at v bar were shite. TuesdayGrippersR/H #3 1,vvn,vn,vn L/H #2.5 1,1,1,vn I thought I'd try them tonight but hands are shagged. Got pinch on Thursday so I'll do them on the beach on Saturday

Tuesday

Worked upto 130kg right hand which was ok but then I got upto 110kg left hand and pulled my back so I stopped. It gradually started spasming as the night went on and this morning it felt fking painful. But I dosed up with ibuprofen and have been stretching it all day and it has improved some but still can't turn my head properly or move my arm around fully yet. I didn't go to work as I need it better in 9 days time and if i had been carrying my tools today it could have been worse. If I can get through the next 2 days at work i have a week off so plenty of time to recover.

Best gripper session in a while, each close i held for between 5-10 seconds and felt strong, i think being pissed off about my back helped.

Didn't feel too good today after nearly choking on my own puke in my sleep last night, then gave Mike a hand to lay some turf and felt shagged when I got home but I wanted to get some training in tonight.
