I'm just trying to do a bit of something 5 or 6 days a week as I don't always have the time to fit a big workout in. The feeling ill thing is just another progression of my gut problem I've been getting acid reflux the last few weeks and it tends to be worse when led down especially asleep. I'm gonna have to readjust my diet again finding what keeps it calm. Same shit different day. In a few years I'm gonna be living of that goop they have to eat on The Matrix. But it'll be easier

Thick Handle Dumbbell Lifts (not sure of diameter but bigger than millennium)
63kg 5 each hand 73kg lots of fails 68kg 2 each hand with a 2 finger assist off floor then held at top
Millennium Dumbell band assisted
Blue bands at hole 14 on rack 8 each hand held momentarily at top
Pink bands at hole 14 on rack R/H 12 reps, 4 reps, 8 quick reps L/H 6 reps, 2 reps, 8 quick reps Some of these were good height some half and some held.
Then after this I took a few atlas stones out of their moulds and hammered the tops smooth. I never knew using a hammer could be so hard, proper fried ;D

V-BarAll b/h 60kgx1 75kgx1 90kgx1 Hands are still fried, couldn't grip tight enough and would have damaged hands if carried on so stopped and will do these later in the week. Body weight dips @ 259lbs7,5,4,4,3 One Hand LiftAs I have only done these a handful of times and don't know my max to work out my percentages I decided to test this tonight. All b/h 100kgx1 140kgx1 180kgx1 220kgx1 260kgx1 PBNow I went for what I thought was 305kg and got the front well clear but not the back so I adjusted my foot position and hit it hard again and same result. Then when the lads checked I had stupidly loaded the back 20kg more than the front. 300kgx fail - took so much out on the other two don't know how close this would have been. 260kgx1 r/h fail l/h I am gonna work off the 260kg as my max and work it out accordingly.

1st set had a nice pause at thigh level for upto 10 seconds, 2nd set less of a pause but stil there and 3rd set wasn't full reps.
Pin 14 blue band b/h 5,4
Similar to first 2 sets on the harder pink bands.
1 Hand pinch
2x15kg plates negatives (picked up with 2 hands held at top)
5,5,5,5,5
2x20kg plates negatives (picked up with 2 hands and held briefly at top)
