Been off work ill for two days with a mixture of stomach and flu like problems so won't be training tonight, need to try and sleep it off as losing two days pay again is a fuckin nightmare that i need to try and sort out.

Just got back from a shite day at work absolutley fucked so if it's alright with you Steve I'll be up tomorrow night to train as I need to seriously cool down before I lose the plot. I'll get the results done as soon as I can.

Popped up the unit but no answer at Steve's, I presumed he must of crashed out after the unloading shinanigans so I went home and did some grippers.

Set these wider than parallel, getting wider each sesssion aiming for that ccs as I want to get certed this year. Energy levels still really low which is coming on 2 weeks now and is starting to get on my tits.

ThursdayStill feeling depleted but seeing the docs on Monday to sort it out but went up the Whey to bask in the ambience and had a play with Nick's new toys. 53kg baby inch10x1 each hand full reps with lots of partials in between. Made numerous attempts on the Inch and 42.4 lb blob but not there yet. But well impressed by Steve and Loz's lifts on both these even though the Inch is just a warm up to Steve

Got a nice ache in my back from the lat work yesterday. Great to have an ache from training my back and not pain this could be the start of a return to something good. Went for some light deads tonight to prepare for Thursday when I'm gonna try and hit em hard!
