Saturday
After a disapointing week due to illness I wanted a bit better today and was quite happy with it.
Log press
Worked up to a double on 100kg
Stones over yoke
Worked upto a few on the 110kg stone
Seated shoulder lockout
Worked upto 3 sets of 10 on 120kg then did a triple on 140kg
Strict curl
Worked upto some singles on 48.5kg then did a few sets just stood strict of 8x48.5kg
100kg Farmers hold
Popped out in the sunshine and did a 42sec hold, could have done more but got bored.

Not to worry. I just tidied up two logs, several dumbbells, quite a few plates and more from when Mike, Loz, H and Anthony were training. But left behind the thick pinch ha ha.

Felt weak and tired today due to bad stomach but did a bit.

Had to fit some rad valves and it went tits up so missed the session.

Risk of unwanted short deposits so left it here.

I won't be up the unit again for a litlle while as my health is suffering. I can't train properly because of it and everytime i do it puts me out of action for days. I need to get this sorted before i continue as i can't afford to have any more time off sick and since i have been back training it has cost me loads. I think i came back too soon before getting this sorted. Gutted.
