Wednesday
Just got back from my hospital appointment with the gastroenterologist and he has said that there is no fix for me but that me being extremely over weight is making it a lot worse and that if I dropped a few stone it would be a lot better ie energy levels, absorbtion of nutrients and digestive function. He said that when my stomach is worse it is affected a lot by what I am eating and other symptomatic affects like stress. So the next stage in the treatment is to drop my weight, aiming at 3 stone as a starting point and see how that affects it. Looks like I will be increasing the spectrum of exercises that I do and dramatically increasing my cardio and eating as clean and low fat as I can. Let's see what I can do, I just hope I can keep my weights high as my calories drop.
My starting weight this morning was 18stone 11lbs.

Cool, we need to get the bag put up as well and give that a pounding as I'm gonna start doing a few rounds on my heavy bag and skipping here every day too as I hate running and found I used to lose a good bit of fat just doing bag work and skipping when I was boxing.

I can make most nights as long as the kids are in bed julie dos'nt mind God i'm so hen picked. I have a 24kg kettle bell that will be good for some conditioning work.
