Log 77kg for a couple 90kg x 2 100kg x 2 110kg x 1 110kg for 3 PB 110kg for 1 was trying for reps but fucked up the clean and nearly knocked myself out.

did this twice both time the MD pickup slowed me down both time around 50 seconds.

After fighting off a 24 hour bug and missing weights on Thurday it was back down the gym for my cardio.
30 mins on hill walking tredmill.
4 sets of 10 eps leg raises.
20 mins onstepper thing.

Sat events.
Did'nt do much as i had a blocked drain at home and had to rod the drains before going training as over an hour late:(
Log no warm up 110kg for a single peice of piss. 115kg dropped it lost balance.
conans first time on this. worked up to 260 for a single rev. then did 300kg the comp weight for about 1 a rev so need to work on this.

Bench. 60 x8 100x5 110 x5 120 x5 120 x5 120x 5 Bench going well i won't go above 120kg as i think my overhead will suffer.
18inch dead's (I hate this movement) 100kg x8 140 x8 180 x5 200 x5 220 x1 230 x1 need to get some boxes.
Floor presses with a 9" log.
50 x8 70 x8 90 x8 90 x8 First time i've done these they were ok.

Log 77kg 1c x3 press 100kg 1c x3 press 110kg 1c x 3 press 120kg single NEW PB by 10kg Conans 200kg 1 lap quite light 300kg 1/4 lap not good at all 300kg 1/4 lap. Stones 110kg several single not very happy with the way thing are going only 4 weeks out from the British and my squat, conans and stones all suck.

Hello Tom i think the problem with my Squat is when i hurt my back in July i took 10 weeks off from squats and any kind of training that put weight on the shoulders and trap's. So i'm starting from scratch. But i'm going to work hard on them to be even better next year.

After breaking my tooth on the atlas stone last saturday training as been slow still in some pain and the cold air hurts my tooth a right pain in the arse.
Did some holds with the conans 300kg best time was 20 seconds man that it hard to breath with that much weight crushing down on you.
Did some squats on the smith at the gym today did 5 x 160kg and then 3 singles with 180kg best it's been for a long time so a bit happyer with that than i have been. But on the down side i failed to get EVEN a single rep with the 110kg long on monday night fucking tendonitus in both arms. I will be clad to see the back of this 105kg British it's killing me.
