Far play on the yoke that was class. Next week it'll feel even more comfortable now your body has experienced the weight on it.

The South west comp has come and gone, Very happy allround apart from the yoke were i Fuck my upper back to the point were i can't even carry my kit bag out of the car and up the stairs. Off to see the chiropractor tomorrow am fingers crossed he will sort me out. Finished down in 7th place largely due to my back problem i could not lift the car wheel barrow due to the pain in shoulders and the medley only flipped the tyres farmers were a big NO NO. But the high lite of the comp for me was my first ever event win the Limo arm over arm pull beat the overall winner by 1 second the average time was well over 40 seconds the winning time 21 seconds quite a light pull it must be said but a win is a win. Rest now for me get mended and then back training for next year. ;D

First training back after upper back fuck up.
Tried Yoke not today to painful.
Farmer could pick up 100kg but still to painfil to play with.
Good old standing press work up to a 110kg strict press very little pain so at least i can work shoulder.
Played with the IFSA log around 100kg i think the clean was hurting so called it a day there.
Still mending up but i'm getting there.

You are welcome anytime. Sundays 2pm, Wednesdays 7pm and Saturdays 2pm for events. I was thinking about collecting the stones next weekend so if you could let me have some cash that would be great.
