what days do you train at the yard? if you dont mind i might start training there a bit more. im in the middle of devising my new training plan at the mo, starting it from monday. im fed up training at my gym. need proper strongmen around me. im sure all of us training 2gever will bring us on much faster. we all have strengths and weaknesses and can all help each other. Slowly the gang gets bigger. Bigpete there yesterday for some event work. Little 'leanmachine' came and had a go. We need a few more.

Back again not good.
Bench 10x 100kg for 5 sets one set of 110kg for 5.
Shoulder press judt 60kg for 5 sets of 10.
Front squat did 1 set of only 60kg pain to much so stopped it there i'm getting right pi55ed off with my back now.

Back into it know still not 100% seem to have knakered my left elbow as well.

77kg clean and press x 5 97 clean and press 1 clean 5 presses 117kg cleam o press but a PB on the clean i still need to work on my cleans.
Stones
110kg for 3 singles to cheat hight.
light medley
85kg barrel 15 meters 180kg sled drag 15meters 70kg farmers 15meters
1st attemped 38.86 sec's 2nd attemped 32.13 sec's
Not a bad workout still more work to do.

Events
Not to bad today the injuries seem to be gettin better.
Farmers walk.
70 kg 70mx3 turns 100kg 35m x1 turn and 1 drop 100kg 35m 1 turn no drops
Yoke still painful on the back so.
130kg 35m for 3 sets working on speed.
Stones
110kg stone with tacky very easy to lift did this several times.
140kg stone broke the floor this is a first for me then my leg decided it was not going to play anymore and i dropped it. that was the end of todays sesion. Leg not to bad now i'm home will see how squats go tomorrow.

Sunday 10th
Yesterdays yoke has fuck my upper back again so that it for the yoke for at least 8 weeks.
Bench 2 warmup sets of 60kg and then 80 kg for 12 reps.
5 working sets of 5 reps with 110kg i dont think i've ever done 5x5with 110kg so i'm happy with that.
Strict over head press.
very poor.
60kg x 8 for 3 sets no power there today.

Thank's Shawn it's been 6-7 weeks since i've been able to go all out and i'm gettin pi55ed off with it now but will will be back to maxes soon.

Just make sure you work everything eles, without doing any mor e damage to your back. Easier said then done!

2 warm up sets 60kg and 80kg
110kg x 5 110kg x 5 110kg x 5 115kg x 5 120kg x 5
Shoulder press very poor not happy press was my best lift.
60 x 5 80 x 5 100 failed i will be back up to aleast 100kg in two weeks.

Sat 16th events
Farmers 70kg x 30m 100kgx 30m 100kgx 30m all done with nop drops so a PB there.
Stones 110kg hamstring did not like this at all so nothing lifted.
Carry and drag Duck walk and sled drag.
95kg duck 15m and 105kg sled very light to light really but not done this before so the weights were a guess.
140kg duck 15m 140 sled sled was had going on the rough concreat out side but easy on the smooth floor so what can you do.

Bench 2x warm up sets 60kg and 80kg
5 working sets of 5 reps @115kg will knock this up to 117.5 on Wednesday and see how we go.
Shoulder press
60kg x 5 80 x 5 90 x 3 100kg x 1 very strict. 100kg x 1 very strict getting some power back in the press still along way off doing sets with 12o like before.

It's coming back look out for that 140 before xmas.

Wednesday 27th
Flat bench Did narrow grip today to work the tricep.
60x 6 60x 6 80 x5 100x 5 120x 5 normal grip 120 x3 normal grip.
Shoulder press all strict.
60 x 10 60 x 10 80 x 5 100 x1 this was one of the slowest reps i've ever done.
120kg Push press very happy to be lifting big number again i will have the 140kg before xmas.
