Had a good day today some new faces at the HQ the one and only Tat was there today and Nick had his first event train down at the HQ. Farmers 70kg x 30m 100kg 30m but i dropped them on the way down not my grip this time but my footing. 110kg about 20m this is a PB for me in my worst event have to thank TT for kicking me in the arse over farmers and i'n getting better every week. Ifsa log 77kg x 1 87kg x 1 107kg x1 all press no legs dam i'm starting to love press again. 117 tried 3 clean missed them all. Stones 110kg several singles 140kg broke the floor 4 times but that was it hamstring still not 100% but we are getting there.

With the news that a wild card entry is looking good i'm back down the old gym to get the cardio and weight loss of the a good start.
Bike level 15 fat burner programe 20 minutes
Leg rasies from the chin bar 4x 10
Bike again 15 mins
Leg raises as above
Stepper 10 minutes
Body weight 104kg.
I'm looking to weigh in at around the 104.5 mark. Going to drop some bady fat and add lean muscle.
