Sun 25th Missed events yesterday had a wedding to go to.
Yoke. 150kg 15mx2 190kg 15mx2 230kg 15mx2 270kg pick up only. Felt very heavy on back firsttime i;ve tried yoke since last July when i injured my back at the south west strongest man contest i need to get back up to 300kg by the England i think i can do it.
Stones 100kg 110kg 120kg in a row just the one run it went up ok. Will start doing these every week got the on the team event and the Englands.

Mon 25th F squat. 60x10 100x3 115x1,2,3 115x1,2,3 115 failed. Not great but ok.
18" dead's worked up to 220kg not done these for a whil so ok.
Leg raises 3 setsof 10.

Events Sat 30th June.
warm up streches etc loaded the 70kg stone onto a over 6 foot platform just to see if i could.
80kg on the pins viking press only did one set as i did this on Thursday got 13 reps one did'nt count as i dipped so 12 to beat next week.
Yoke started on 150kg for 17m. 190kg 230kg 270kg 300kg the 300 had one put down but it felt good should be able to do the yoke at the England with out to much trouble need to work on covering the ground at speed.
Core work leg raises and plank's.

Thursday 5th July
Shoulder press warm up all strict press couple of sets @60kg 80x5 90x5
105x3 115x2 push 95x4 60x12
Chins from the bean found this hard could only get two out before my grip failed. 3 sets of 2 reps. Close crip pull downs with 50kg to finish.
Blue log bench press. 50x5 80x5 110x5 110x8 110x8
Leg raise on bench
3 sets of 10 reps.

saturday 7th
Events
Viking press worked to up 90kg on the pins for a 8 rep set.
Yoke 190kg x 17m 250kg x 17m 300kg x 17m with one drop @14m 250kg x 17m
Stone carry 110kg stone picked up and carried 20m.

Tuesday.10th July
Train with Nick,H,Rob and Loz had a fucking good workout thank lads.
Front Squat.
60x5 100x5 130x2 140x2 PB Prev 140x1 140x1 150x1 PB 140x2 140x1 2"axle 110x2 140 failed.
Leg raise and some new leg raise that Nick showed me very hard to do only managed one on my third try today evey time i sneeze it feels like i've been stabbed.
Side planks and 40kg planks.
Went for a pint with Loz.

Viking press.
Equipment is around 30kg but i count it as 20kg to be on the safe side.
Eqx8 20x8 40x8 60x8 80x8 100x2 total crap i'm not haveing that so. 100x6 better. Strict press on oly bar 60x10.
Chins 4 sets of 3
Dumbell one arm rows. 2 set of 8 each arm
Leg raises 4 sets of 15.

Viking press
Equipment x8 20x8 40x8 60x8 80x8 100x5 115x5 120x1 100x7 Felt good my best event by far.
Stones 110kg and the 120kg are piss no tacky no problem.
140kg failed 2 time but getting better all the time.
Medely.
110kg farmers, duck walk 205kg, 300kg sled.
Very hard dropped farmers my hand is fucked could not lift duck walk sled drag was ok.

Need 140 for the England's comp very happy with this just need to build up the rep's.
Good mornings 3 sets 40kg 12 reps.
Leg raises found these hard today problems gripping the bar.
