Piss off today missed events.
A friend of mine said he would be over at 12noon to help me but a new gear sick on the van as i snapped the old one in half earlier in the week and the wanker never showed no phone call nothing and the wife had the car to take the kids to a party. Monday i am going to train like a mad man.

Monday 2nd Jan
Did deadlift first as the rack was being used by D&G.
2 warm up sets then 150kgx5 150kgx5 170kgx5 180kgx5 200kgx1 180kgx1 Thats the best i've done for a long time so happy.
Front squat i think i've found my grove with these now.
2 x warm up set. 60x5 80x5 100x5 100x5 100x5 I don't think that i've ever done 100 x5 before so to get three sets was a real bonus.
Good mornings 3 sets of 12 reps 40kg
Leg raises 4 sets of 15 reps.
2HP Did some single worked up to a new PB of 66kg.

Log 80 1 clean 5 strict preses 90 1 clean 5 preses 100 1 clean 3 presses 110 failed on the press not sure why but ha shit happens.

70 35m 90 35m 110 35m i think this could be a pb over this distance. 130 no pick up.

200 kg 3 laps 240 1 lap did some more can't remember 310 picked up walk about 8 feet and put it dowm again.

2HP worked up to a new PB 71.5 KG
V bar worked up to. 100kg right hand anf 90kg left hand a bit one in the right but left was maxed out.

i think the size of the log buggered me a bit did'nt feel heavy just could'nt lock it out.

Walk of pain
churn weight around 85-90kg
first set 6 lengths aprox 60m 2nd set 7 lenghts aprox 70m
Loading race 2 barrels 2 churns and the mel dumbell. First four item were all ok not to heavy but a little slow then the bell beat the crap out of me went noware.
But i had a little rest and i pick it up and loaded it 5 mins later i think the problem i had was hand position the first time when i got it sorted it flew up. So next time Mr MB you are all mine.
