I got an invite to train with H and Loz down at whay HQ today. And Loz made me do Deadlifts and front squats. Turned out really well.
Dead's 100x3 140x3 180x5 210x3 220x1 230x1=PB 235x1 New PB
Front squat 60x5 85x5 105x5 125x3.
That was it my back if FUBAR.
Thanks to H and and Loz for great workout. H is coming on really well 17 years old and a new deadlift PB of 240kg.

Rob could have done 12-15 reps on the deadlift! Mike should learn to dip and not just press his log!! Harry should not trip over himself when he sees the winning post!!! Excellent lifting all round. I am surprised more guys did not attend this contest as it was a good opportunity to qualify for England's 105kg final. That said...everyone performed well with PB's all round. Arm over arn drags work up to about 250kg for 10m need to work on these.
Sled drags with harness worked up to 300kg i think ne3d better footware.
Had a play with the mellenium Cleaned it to neck hight but could not get my hand under it to press it out but i will try again soon.

Stones for reps over yoke bar.
70 kg stone no tacky 2 sets of 5 and a single with the new 100kg stone.
