Getting back into squat after my injury.
18" dead's 100x 3 140x 3 180x 3 190x 3 200x 3 210x 3 220x 3 230x 3 240x 3 Thats was it had to find my starting point for these as it one of the events in the British 105kg in Dec.

sat 14th Oct Events Log ifsa spec warm up sets 110kg x 1 second clean 110kg x 2 80kg x 7 in 75 seconds Need to work on the clean to get the 110kg to rep. Yoke all 17m 150kg 230kg 270kg back held out ok. 130kg per hand farmers hold just over 30 seconds witch was good for me but still need to inprove. Sled drags arm over arm. I was shit at this big time shit. 300kg failed 260kg failed well got about 3m. But resetting the sled was a good workout.

Well fuck me saturdays workout took more out of me than normal my forearms are fired.

That was it nothing left in the tank going to move sundays work out to Monday to give me 24 hour off and move wednesdays to thursday and see how it goes.
