Two hand pinchNot sure what weight i got to on this but started with 30kg plus the kit then did a lot of singles and kept increasing the weight. Like this one but the new hole in my hand doesn't. Wrist rollerWorked upto 70kg on this, not as good as my 85kg pb but it's still only my first week back. Give it a couple of months and i wanna be chewing on Mobsters heals! ;D

I told Dunc to spend 2 weeks finding out where his starting point is then we'll put a program together to get him to peak strength for May 19th.

Holy shit are my forearms and hands fried! I felt like a little girl trying to use my screwdriver and spanners today. I've read through the kta program now and wanna give that ago as soon as my coc4 arrives, which i'm gonna order on wednesday.

MONDAYBench press60kgx10 80kgx10 90kgx8 100kgx5 100kgx3 80kgx10 80kgx8 Slowly getting back into this. Second session and already feeling stronger. Few more weeks and the 140kg will be back. One hand dead lift80kg 5 each hand 130kg 3 each hand 170kg broke an inch off with both hands 160kg 2 reps right hand, broke inch left hand 150kg 2 reps each hand Happy with that, First deadlift, other than the light stiff leg last week, for 3 months. Shoulder press20kgx10 40kgx10 60kgx6 60kgx6 40kgx4 Poor, but a bit tired from the bench. Give it a better go on thursday. Bent 1 six inch nail. Tore 2 half packs of cards. Got home and tore 2 phone books and rolled my first frying pan, and it felt sweet. The kids and missus loved it. I videoed it so i'll put it on here soon.
