Just recovered from the damage i did to my stomach having a drink on friday. Strict tea total from now on, it just can't cope any more. Worse than wheat, felt poisoned.
On a brighter note just bent my first 2 drop forged spanners 12mm + 13mm. Got it videoed, will put it on when i've processed it. Is it the larger or shorter spanner that is more difficult?
Bit later Bent three 6" nails and tore two half packs of cards.

But i just put it down to being one of the wise men. Shoulder press20kgx10 40kgx10 60kgx6 60kgx8 60kgx8 80kgx3 PP It's coming back slowly and next week when my nutrition is back on schedule i want alot more. Wrist roller30kg (+ pin) each way 50kg (+ pin) one way 70kg (+ pin) one way 82.5kg (+ pin) one way This felt good made up for the other poor performances a bit. I think this equals or betters my previous PB

Poor old Dunkster. Spent an hour on his knees at my place... fixing (again!!) the bloody boiler, then gets fried training with me. Even though the weight isn't heavy compared to say deadlifts he was huffing and sweating well after the RT work. Said he had a back pump etc etc And some of the heavy lifters, power and strength, claim training grip isn't hard.
