Farmers walk

Viking press
100kg x 10 140kg x 1 (first rep was easy, but i felt a twinge in my elbow going for the 2nd, so dropped the weight) 100kg x 10
Tyre flip
350kg x 10 flips
Husafell stone carry
180kg x 40metres (didnt push it, just wanted 2 get a feel for it as it was the 1st time i have tried, i think on a good day it could be a nice event for me
Stones 125kg x 4reps 140kg x 3 180kg x 1rep
Arm over arm sled pull
200kg x 20metres 350kg x 20metres 500kg x 20metres
Barrel load
4 barrels loaded onto platform.
lots done 2day, very tired now

Bit off a shitty day.
My shoulder is very painfull from fucking it up on the viking press yesterday, i cut myself badly at work, and its affecting my grip and in 2 weeks time i wont have a job.
Anyway, i trained 2day and it went like this.
Deadlifts
60kg x 10 140kg x 10 180kg x 10 (with straps cus of the hand ) 220kg x 10 220kg x 10 220kg x 9 (my back was so pumped. took me about 20min 2feel like i could stand up. the lifts were easy, but i havent done reps for a few months.)
bench press
60kg x 10 80kg x 10 100kg x 10 110kg x 5 120kg x 4 130kg x 3 140kg x 2 152.5kg x 0 (i have the bench press of a little girl )
leg press
120kg x 10 200kg x 10 250kg x 10 300kg x 5 360kg x 5
i was going 2 do front squats but my back was killing so i did these.
did some bicep and wrist work and then went home

Nah, My girlfriends dad owns in. I just do all the work for it, day 2 day running, orders, C+C, books etc... hes selling it and ive got 2 weeks. dont get my SIA licence 4 6 - 8weeks so will need 2 find some work. dont suppose you guys need any part time staff

well, back in the gym 2day. my ankle has swollen up and is very sore so i didnt squat or deadlift 2day so just did some random stuff.

as you can see, nothing great but better than sitting on my ass eating ben and jerrys ice cream

Just wanna say well done 2 mike and H.
Mike deadlifted and front squated last night but still pulled a pb on the deadlift and put in a top performance all round, and Harry pulled 240kg pb on the deadlift. hes not 18 till July.
