still very sore from sunday so just did a bit of stuff 2 get some blood around the body and some light bits and bobs.

now for the fun stuff Nick thought i should try and simulate the deadlift at the brits so i did
220kg x 1, 240kg x 1, 260kg x 1, 280kg x 1 300kg x 1 320kg x 0 all one set. mike and nick added 20kg after each rep
after this i did
322.5kg x 1 pb, drop 2 300kg x 1, drop 280kg x 2, drop 260kg x 2 drop 240kg x 0
Now thats hard core
floor press
